I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I’ve decided to take the big chop!!

With my 40th birthday knocking at my door, along with my family’s recent blow of a terminal diagnosis I’ve decided to donate the crazy curly locks that live on my head!! 

All my life I have been told…. 

“Oh I wish I had hair like yours” 

“Oh wow look how curly it is” 

It’s been admired in all its glory, and it’s time for me to share that with someone who isn’t as fortunate.

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

I will be donating my hair to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

Holy flapping duck shit Batman……!!
Truly from the bottom of my heart I thank each and every one of you , not only for donating and spreading the word, but the amount of love my family has received over the last few months and particularly the last few weeks, I cannot begin to put into words what it’s meant to all of us. 
Ive put my big chop on hold for a minute to give myself time to grieve and begin my new way forward but rest assured it is still very much happening and cannot wait to share it with you all.

And just like that I’ve found us an amazing salon to jump on board for the Big Chop!! 
They already do amazing things with Cancer Council and very excitably offered to jump on board with us and be a part of our event. 

Much appreciated Friends Hair and Beauty Salon and so excited to have you legends along for the journey 💜

I’ve also now got Ben and Jess along for the ride who although can’t donate their hair due to the length but are willing to give up their locks for a great cause and help raise a bit of money along the way 💫
