Make the most of your Hair with Heart Hero event!
Any donations or funds that you raise will go directly towards Variety's grants and programs and help give kids in need a fair go. This could mean purchasing a new wheelchair for a child with a disability or buying school uniforms for kids who are doing it tough.
If you have long hair, your hair can be given a second life and made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a long-term medical condition – giving back the gift of confidence and self-esteem.
How It Works
Fundraise
Rally the support of friends and family to help you on your Hair with Heart journey, and raise funds for kids in need.
Chop, Colour
or Shave
Commit to a Hair with Heart Hero event (chop, colour, or shave your head), set the date and get ready to help give kids a fair go.
Wigs
If you have long hair you can also donate it. Your hair will be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a long-term medical condition.
Kids
Funds raised will help kids who are sick, living with a disability or experiencing disadvantage. Variety - The Children's Charity is dedicated to helping kids who need it the most!
