Noah & Nehemiah are doing the Hair with Heart challenge and I need your help!

Noah & Nehemiah have made the decision to take on the Hair with Heart challenge and change lives!

Variety – The Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

They will be fundraising to help raise vital funds for Australian kids in need, including kids who are experiencing permanent hair loss from medical conditions such as alopecia and cancer.

Nehemiah turns 5 on the 2nd of August.

Instead of a gift please contribute towards this fundraiser to help children who are facing health challenges be able receive practical supports & also a wig.

Nehemiah & Noah will be donating their hair to be made into a wig for a child in need. 

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

The Big Chop 13.08.25

Wednesday 13th Aug
Talofa lava & Kia Ora from Aotearoa! 

The boys have finally completed their commitment to their cause and received their haircut. 

There were some changes along the way which pushed out the cut but it all happened as it was supposed. 

The boys “Poppet” Great Great grandfather Johnny took the honour of cutting their plaits off which will be donated to Hair with Heart. We have been visiting him in the Bay of Islands KeriKeri and were recommended to the local barbers at the Chop Shop to get their hair done. 

We had a great experience with Captain Cam who was recommended as the man who deals with long hair. The boys did Rock Paper & Scissors to see who went first, Noah won however Nehemiah forced him to take the hot seat as he was still unsure if he wanted to go through with his cut. 

Both Boys love their new style and getting lots of attention and love from their family who were so excited to be part of this big milestone and experience. 

Throughout this time we have continued to speak about service to others especially those that require support and community. 

We really hope that this contribution can help families and children facing hair loss from medical challenges they’re journeying through. 

Thank you everyone who supported the boys and especially choosing to donate to Nehemiahs 5th birthday in lieu of gifts.

Hi guys,

Thank you to everyone who has generously donated to the boys fundraiser. 

You might notice there are two links - I’m not sure how I messed this up but our overall goal is $2000 if this is not reached we will be donating the difference xx 

Either link in our team still contributes to the overall cause.

For everyone that donates we will be sectioning a piece of their hair dedicating it to you and your family as this is only possible to help support families through our village and people who love our kids. 

We hope this will inspire others especially where we are blessed to live the lives we do.
