I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I’ve made the decision to take the big chop and change lives!
Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.
I will be donating my hair to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.
Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.
Thank you for your support!

Chop chop!
Friday 22nd DecHello everyone!
You might have heard that I’m chopping off my hair and donating it to Variety - the Children’s Charity! For me, this isn't just about a haircut; it's a heartfelt gesture to support children fighting cancer/medical conditions who could benefit from something as simple as a wig or hairpiece, providing them a bit of comfort during a challenging time.
Variety helps thousands of kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage, or living with a disability to live, laugh and learn through various grants and programs including granting wigs to kids that have lost their hair due to a medical condition, for example, alopecia. Wigs give these kids more confidence and better self-esteem so they can feel like themselves again. But wigs can cost thousands and last only 1-2 years.
Throughout our lives, our hair holds a story - it grows with us through various chapters, capturing memories and experiences. Today, I've chosen to turn this personal chapter into an opportunity to contribute and make a difference.
But I can't do this alone. I need your support. Your generosity, whether through donations, spreading the word, or even just being here today, means the world to me and to those who will benefit from your kindness.
So, as I take this step, I invite you all to be a part of this journey. Let's turn a simple act of cutting hair into a beautiful gesture of support and hope.
I’m aiming to raise whatever I can.
You can donate at my fundraising page right now. Here’s the link:
