I'm chopping my hair & would like your Help!

You might have heard that I’m chopping off my hair and donating it to Variety - the Children’s Charity!  
 
Just over 3 years ago I did the Big Chop and donated my hair to Variety - Hair with Hearts, since then I have been growing my hair, so now it's time to do it again.I'll be chopping off a minimum of 35.5cm of hair in late December 2021. 
 
My hair will be used to make wigs for those who have lost their hair due to medical conditions such as alopecia, cancer and trichotillomania. 
 
It can take upto 10-20 Ponytails to make one wig alone. Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. These medical conditions can have profound physiological effects, especially as a child or adolescent.
 
I have had family members and friends affected by cancer so this charity is very dear to me. 
 
By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment and support to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.
