I'm chopping my hair then SHAVING IT! for those in need!
Hi, I am Ivy Roger. I am 11 years old and I love to help people. I have cerebral palsy and I'm so grateful for all the support I receive.
I have made the decision to make a difference by donating my hair to be made into a wig for a kid who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I have been growing it for 2 years ro get it to 35 cm long.
That isnt a too big a deal but then I will be SHAVING it to raise awareness of medical conditions where people lose their hair.
I'll be CHOPPING and SHAVING on Wednesday the 30th of November.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.
