I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off 33cm on the 20th of August
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. I’ve shaved my head!
Wednesday 21st Aug I’ve been apart of the hair donation initiative for Variety two times already and I have loved it every single time. This time I have decided to shave my head as well!This is for the kids who are fighting their cancer battle, this is for my dad who passed away from cancer two years ago. And I’m not going to lie, this is for me too.
I am going to donate plasma this Saturday as well! It’s how I give back. And if you could give, just a little, please do!
