I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off about 36cm of my hair on the Friday, 16th September, 2022.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Wednesday 7th Sep Hi, I'm Elsie and I'm 9 years old. This is the second time I'll be donating my hair to Variety Charity Hair with Heart. I was 5 years old the first time and its taken 4 years to grow my hair again for my second donation. The reason I"m cutting my hair is because the wigs help children with no hair. I believe every child deserves the opportunity to have lovely hair. My school and I will also be raising money and the money raised will be going to support kids who are disadvantaged or have a disability. ShareThanks for all the support
