I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off 36-40cm at the end of this month. 

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

👧”I will never cut my hair!!” 

For 9 years Ella has been growing these lovely locks... Prompting her parents to become master hairdresser, plaiting and designing her hair for crazy hair days. Now that Ella has become more involved in sport Her Rapunzel locks have become harder to manage... 2000 brush strokes and still knots.. 10bottle of conditioner for a wash.  When Ella and I talked about cutting her hair her mum was anti it “it will never be this long again” but once we did some research about how much of an impact her hair and donations could make to an unfortunate child suffering from hair loss there has been no stopping or turning back for Ella.

I asked her 🙋‍♂️Why do you want to donate your hair? 👧 To help children... give them more confidence and make them smile....😭😭❤️ Well say no more hunny... now we just need your help to make this worth while.. we can donate the hair but it costs $6000 to make it into a wig to help enrich and allow normality into a child’s life... help us bring a smile to a child’s face... ❤️
