I’m fundraising for hair with heart to make a difference!
Hello! I’m Chalice and I’ve decided to donate my hair. My hair will then be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I know first hand how devastating it can be to loose all your hair. When I was 6, I went through chemotherapy which caused my hair to fall out.
I'll be chopping off 35.5cm on the 9th of February, 2021.
My parents bought me a beautiful wig when I was sick and it put the spring back in my step. The wig will go to someone in need and I hope it will bring them as much joy as mine did for me!
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need.
