I'm cutting all my hair off and I need your help!
For the last 3 years I have been growing out my hair so I can cut and donate it to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
For anyone who has known me for a while, you will know that I loved dyeing and cutting my hair every few months. This has been the longest that I haven't dyed my hair since I was about 13, but it's totally worth it!
I'll be chopping off around 36cm of hair in January 2021.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth.
