Amelies big chop!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off around 40cm Of my hair on Saturday September 17th (pending COVID restrictions here in Melbourne) at Simply Stunnin’ Hair & Beauty in Ascot Vale.
I’m excited and so happy to be able to help another child who has lost their hair. I know mine will grow back, and when it does I’ll chop it again for another great cause!
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. My aim is to raise $3,000 but if I can raise more that would be amazing.

Sunday 23rd Aug I had a target of 3k because it was half of what it costs to turn real hair into a wig, never did I dream that I could reach this goal! Now I will aim for the stars, let’s try for $4k 💓 Share
