I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
Hello, I’m Amelia and just over a year ago my Dad was diagnosed with cancer. Watching him go through this process was very hard and not being able to do anything was difficult to deal with. But if I couldn’t help him, then surely I would be able to help someone else. So over the last 15 months I have been growing my hair, just long enough so I could cut it and donate it so it can be made into a wig to help someone who might need it.

Wednesday 23rd Jun WOW! I have been blown away by all of the generous donations and words of support. Thank You to everyone who has donated to this worthy cause. I am very much looking forward to cutting these long locks as the weight causes me a lot of head aches. It's been worth it though and nothing like what people who suffer hair loss have to endure.
