Abi is chopping her hair and needs your help!
Abi has made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating her hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
She'll be chopping off her hair up to her shoulders. At present, it's halfway down her thighs! That's A LOT!
We've set a target of $1K, but since wigs cost families up to $6,000, we'd love to raise heaps more. Wigs only last 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Friday 21st Jan After too many other things getting in the way of cutting it sooner, we've finally cut Abi's hair. 8 plaits, each measuring 29 inches from hair tie to tip before being plaited. (It loses about 6 inches of measured length once secured).
