I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off and donating - min 35.5cm on Sunday February 13th 2022 as I am working on Valentine's Day Monday February 14th which was my original day of choice.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Goal Reached
Saturday 12th Feb Made to the goal amount. Thank you to everyone who donated to Hair with Heart. This has been such an amazing experience. Will post up some pics of the big chop. Share
Final Week before the chop
Sunday 6th Feb The countdown begins chopping my hair off on 13/02/2022 for donate. Nervous but excited to help out such a great cause. Share
Scalp massage and new hair brush
Friday 12th Nov Attempting scalp massages once a day and got a new brush making my hair feel good. Share
Nice and shiny
Saturday 11th Sep Loving the current shampoo and Conditioner. Its keeping my hair hydrated and soft. Share
New Product test
Saturday 14th Aug Trying a new shampoo and conditioner by Nature's Organics called My Soda. Its cruelty-free and plant based. I'll test it out for a few weeks and see if it does anything for my hair and scalp. Share
Hair mask treatment
Tuesday 20th Jul Amping it up to twice a week with a deep conditioning hair mask before adding a leave-in hair oil. Hair is looking good. Share
Stronger and shinier
Tuesday 22nd Jun Hair is feeling good. Building up the strength through diet changes and gaining some length. Will have to straighten it to see the length. Share
My hair feels amazing

My 6 week Health and Fitness Challenge
Saturday 17th Apr Ok in my final day of my first week of a health and fitness challenge. So exercise, mental health and diet. I've been increasing all three and seeing a difference in how strong my hair free and it overall appearance. So I just keep up with the growing for this wonderful cause. Share
Fitness and Nutrition Challenge
Thursday 8th Apr On Saturday I'm starting The whole life challenge to improve my fitness and overall nutrition for 6 weeks. Already have been doing low-carb since the end of January to improve overall health. I hope this challenge helps my hair get stronger. Share
Hair treatments and Masks
Saturday 27th Mar Been using a hair mask to soften and moisture my hair then blast it with cold water. Acter washing a put in a leave in oil to help de-frizz and smoothen while I air dry my hair and detangle it. Share
Going in for a trim 10/02/2021
Wednesday 10th Feb My hair is currently 30 cm in length . Today I'm getting all the spilt-ends trim and starting the process of growing for the fundrasier.. Share
