Umaiza's Hair with Heart challenge

I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I Umaiza Mansoor of Glenwood High School have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off (30cm) on 20/10/2021)

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

My Updates

A big thanks to all donors

Umaiza Mansoor of Glenwood High School, Glenwood NSW  has accomplished and exceeded her goal of raising $1200 dollars. She has finally cut 35cm of her hair and will be donating it to the Variety- Children's Charity. Umaiza has a great passion of helping children such as those who have lost their hair in consequence to medical conditions. Umaiza took the challenge of growing her hair for about 6 months and is now particularly proud, after donating, that she was able to help someone in need.

Thanks for all the support
