I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
Hi friends!
My name is Tyler, I am 9.
When I was little, I constantly went to Children’s hospital many times for check-up and tests regarding my allergy condition. I saw many sick children who were there, some in a wheel chair, some on the bed and some with no hair as they suffered from their treatments and medical conditions. I felt so sorry for them and I wished I could do something to support them one day.
My mum said being a giver is very lovely thing to do for someone who needs and being a giver you don’t need to spend lots of money to buy stuffs, but you can give away what you already have and it would turn to something so special for them. That’s how this kind project started.
I’ve been growing my hair for 2 years now. At school and on the sport field people saw me differently, calling me things such as “the boy with long hair” or “a girl”. Of course that made me sad sometime but I know what I am doing and I do not want to give up my wonderful goal because of those words, as I realised my goal is so important and I have to be brave and passionate for that.
My birthday is coming soon! It is gonna be a big year, big number and I would like to do big thing on my big day.😊 YES!!!! I am going to cut my hair and donate it for a children’s charity.
However it would be very lovely if you can help me to support those families who need to spend lots of money to get a wig for their unwell children. I do not have a specific goal in mind, I would just love to raise as much money as possible to help those children and families that are in need. Purchasing a wig for a sick child is very expensive, not to mention all the additional expenses relating to their medical treatments. Please donate any amount, big or small, or just small donation of even $5 can make a huge difference. Thank you once again for any donation you can make, it is greatly appreciated.
