I'm doing the Hair with Heart challenge and I need your help!
I’ve made the decision to take on the Hair with Heart challenge and change lives!
Variety – The Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.
I will be fundraising to help raise vital funds for Australian kids in need, including kids who are experiencing permanent hair loss from medical conditions such as alopecia and cancer.
Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

Sunday 6th Sep This awesome experience begins in just seven days. I can’t wait to get my big chop. I’ve been looking at all the donations and it has made me feel very proud. Thanks so much for your support. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

Thursday 3rd SepLots of people are asking me how I'm feeling about cutting my hair. Well, the answer is, I'm not sure.
I feel excited about turning into a new me while making a difference in someone else's life, but I'm nervous because I've never known anything other than long hair. I am also determined to face the fear head on so I can do as much as I can to make someone's day a little brighter.
Also, huge shout-out to everyone who has donated to me, because you're making a difference too. I also want to thank Yarram Primary School, who did a fundraiser for Variety, colouring the student's hair for a gold coin donation.

My third haircut ✂️
Monday 20th Jul I’ve only ever had two haircuts, both were in 2022! Since then, I’ve been growing my hair with the sole intention of donating it. It’s been a long journey, but one I’ve embraced. Over the years, my long hair has become part of who I am, my identity. But the opportunity to donate it and hopefully make a meaningful difference in someone else’s life has been my motivation from the very beginning.Thanks for all the support
