Time to chop the locks x 3!
We're fortunate to not have been directly affected by cancer, and our reason for doing this, is "because we can". For us, it's just hair and it can be grown long again. For children with cancer or alopecia, access to a wig can help boost their self-esteem. Funds raised will also help overcome hardships along the way for Aussie kids.
This is my third time donating my hair, and Tarik and Aksel's first. We've been growing our locks for 2 years, and whilst we've had fun along the way with hairstyles, it's time to chop it off and donate it to wigmakers.
