Charlie is chopping his hair and we need your help!

As many of you know Charlie did not have the ideal start to life and spent a lot of time in hospital, he was born with the most gorgeous hair- which landed him many compliments. It was at this point we made the decision we would give back by growing his hair and donate it. 

With Charlie starting school next year and his hair now being SUPER long we have decided now is the perfect time to make the chop! 

Charlie is both excited and a little nervous but he thinks its pretty cool to be able to bless the life of someone else by cutting and donating his hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

We'll be chopping off 56cm for donation, (new date coming soon).

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Grateful Hearts

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and love for the amount of love and support we have already received for our special boys fundraiser. 

During late pregnancy while you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your bundle of joy, as a mum to be you often plan out how your delivery is going to go and start planning out the next few months even years of your child's life... little did I/we know that our precious boy had a very different path to go on. 
Recently I have spent time looking through Charlie Pieter's photos and it makes my heart sink, almost breaking at times. While we lived the challenging times, looking at them has me questioning, did he really experience all that? Well he did, and deserves a medal to keep on fighting. 
Out of all of this I am both proud and grateful we have the opportunity to bless the lives of others with his gorgeous red hair! 

Thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for getting behind Charlie and supporting him at this time. Please help us by continuing to share far and wide so we can continue to raise much needed funds for Hair with Heart.
