I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
Hey guys,
Donating hair is something that I've always wanted to do but never had the courage to do. Due to the COVID pandemic, hair donations have decreased by up to 70%! Cancer and Alopecia are diseases that can often lead to hair loss and these diseases affect many more children than we often anticipate. These children are already having to adjust to living with the implications of the disease, let alone dealing with hair loss. Hair with Heart works to provide some form of normalcy into these lives and I'm so glad I can do my part on it by donating my hair.
I'll be chopping off (to be decided) on (30/11/2021).
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth.
