I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I’ll be chopping off ALL my hair before Christmas!
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Friday 27th Nov So many lovely messages of support and super generous donations! We have made over $1200 and today went through with the Big Chop!

Thursday 19th Nov If you’ve been following this little shindig you have probably noticed that I upped the target a few times due to the incredibly generous donations we received so quickly! Thank you so much for that.

Friday 30th Oct Alfie and I visited our hairdresser today. I wanted him to know what the place would look like so hopefully he feels okay to get his hair cut off. He met Deb, our hairdresser and in the midst of booking our date in, all he could think of was ‘I need to go to the toilet’ 🤦🏼♀️

Friday 23rd Oct So excited and thankful for all the amazing donations! We had no idea we’d get this much support. It makes me feel so much better about cutting Alfie’s hair.
