I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off 35+cm on on November 5th
During lock down I have missed hair appointments, all year in fact, annoying but I have a job, food and shelter and the refugees I support don't and can't access supported income and most anti-refugee activists always say "what about our own first" and well, I have always worked and volunteered for any person in need so hey, will YOU chop your locks off for a child in Australia who has no hair due to illness? I am.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth.
