I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

In 2017, I cut my hair for the very first time and donated it to the Hair with Heart program. I had no idea then how deeply that small act would stay with me — or that eight years later, I’d be doing it for the fifth time.

Each time I’ve done the big chop, I’m reminded of how powerful it is to simply show up with kindness. My hair grows back — but for some children, hair loss is just one of the many challenges they’re facing. If donating my hair can bring even a moment of comfort to someone, then it’s something I will continue to give with love.

On the 20 September 2025, I’ll be donating 36cm of my hair through the Hair with Heart program. It will be used to create a real-hair wig for a child who has lost their hair due to illness or medical treatment. But this isn’t just about hair — donations also help fund therapy, education support, mobility equipment, and other essentials for children living with illness, disability, or financial hardship.
