I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have always wanting to have long hair and growing up that was my one wish. Now that this wishing is slowly coming true, I have come to a realisation that having long hair can sometime be a lot of work. However, if I was to grow my hair longer and donating it or put it towards a useful cause then I am not only going to feel about about the good deed I have done but I could have encouraged others to do the same. I am always told that my hair is a beautiful colour and that I should never dye it, so by giving it to a child in need they are able to feel better about their appearance.
Therefore, I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair. From this, my hair will be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping 35.5cm off my hair 22nd of July.
I have already decided to contribute and you can too. By making a donation to Variety, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Even the smallest donation can make a big difference to someone else’s life, so if you can donate, please do!!

Results from the Big Chop
Friday 23rd Jul I got my hair cut yesterday, posting it away in the mail today! It was nerve-wracking yet exciting. It made me appreciate how lucky I am to have hair with such a beautiful colour too it and how worthwhile this course is when you push to make a difference.
