I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I’ve made the decision to take the big chop and change lives! In 2022 my mum went through chemo because she had cancer and when she lost her hair I decided that I was going to grow my hair long and donate it to people that need it more than me. 

I’m going to be donating my hair to Variety – the Children’s Charity  who supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

I will be donating my hair in June 2023 to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

The big chop day

Thursday 8th Jun
Yesterday I got up on parade at my primary school and spoke about why I wanted to donate my hair. We then went behind the stage and cut my hair off and then came back on to reveal it to my entire school. Thank you so much to everyone that has donated and for your support.

Tuesday 6th Jun
Only 1 more sleep until I chop my hair. I just want to thank everyone who has donated. I will be sure to post photos of before and after the big chop.
