I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off at least 45cm of my hair on 7th March 2021.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Saturday 20th Feb Hi everyone! Last week I discovered my hair had grown so long it had actually (legitimately) reached beyond the toilet seat -
wow! IKR! Fast forward to now, 6 days later, after dragging my feet and not booking a hair dresser appointment I have discovered I can actually donate my natural hair (becoz we know I am not into treatment, dyes, or permanent colours) to be made into a wig to literally EMPOWER KIDS IN NEED!! How cool is that! I will be getting my hair cut next Saturday at our home (following all the guidelines of course) and would appreciate all the support and donations we can raise to such a worthy cause!! As a mother of two, I can only imagine how life changing a wig would be to a child that is already dealing with so much in life. Contribute what you can - even if its $5 and let's change a child's life and empower them to be whoever they want to be!!!! If we can as a group raise $1000 I will even give Jason the honours of cutting it live on facebook for you all to witness.. before any further questions are raised, yes that is a selfie taken of my hair - will try to update in the coming days
