I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I will be cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off a minimum of 35.5cm as soon as its long enough.

While my hair grows that last little bit of length needed over the next few months, I will also be raising money and would love your donation.

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you.

BIG CHOP DONE

Thursday 12th May
35.5cm of hair measured, plaited, cut and posted to Variety's Hair with Heart. Thank you again to everyone for your support and donations. 
I feel great having done this and would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. Today all you wonderful people not only reached, but smashed my goal of $1,000! With just over 1 week to go, there is still time for anyone who would still like to donate. I'll be sure to post some photos on the day of the big chop. Thanks again 😁

Big Chop Booked In

Tuesday 19th Apr
I've booked in to the hairdresser in mid May. The day is going to be here before I know it! In the meantime I will keep sharing my fundraising link so that we can raise as much money as possible. Thank you again to everyone who has donated and shared. And I will make sure to share some photos on the day of the big chop.

My hair has reached 34cm! Not long to go now until I can do the big chop.
