I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I’ve made the decision to take the big chop and change lives! Motherhood has made getting regular haircuts a little challenging and as a result my hair has become quite long. I really like the idea of it going to a worthwhile cause rather than going in the bin.

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

I will be donating my hair to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

Hey! 👋 

I’m Elizabeth (aka Liz), a wife and mother to two beautiful little girls.

I’m currently in my 30s and loving life. While I type this post, I am reflecting on just how lucky or fortunate I have been with my overall health and wellbeing. Our little girls too are currently experiencing the benefits of good health and it is for this reason that I was looking for a way to help others with my big chop and fundraising.

So many people are lucky with good health, but there are just as many people who suffer from illnesses. It breaks my heart when it happens to be the innocent little people in our lives that suffer. It’s not great that anyone should suffer for that fact!

My fundraising efforts will only be a drop on the ocean for what is needed, but with my drop and the many others that are being raised, we can hope to help many little peoples’ lives.
