I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I’ve made the decision to take the big chop and change lives!

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

I will be donating my hair to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.

Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference.

The date is set

Wednesday 20th Mar
I’ve been so busy that my original date came and went. 

But now… the big chop is coming on April 2nd! I’m all booked in!! 

It’s getting close!!

Saturday 17th Feb
I’ve finally organised the person I want to chop my hair. She’s a wonderful hairdresser that originally cut my hair from long to short back in 2016. 

While an official date isn’t set yet (have to work out a time that works for both of us) we are definitely getting close. 

Would still like to reach $1500 but can keep this open a little longer after the big chop! Thanks for all the support so far x 

A new goal

Tuesday 23rd Jan
As we get closer to organising the big chop, I wanted to thank my nephew that not only helped me reach my $800 goal but my $1000 goal all at the same time. 

I’ve raised the bar to $1300 but would love to reach $1500 before the big chop! 

Let’s do this 💪🏽

2nd goal achieved!

Friday 5th Jan
$650 raised and I’m ready to increase the goal again! I am so excited to raise money and then donate my hair soon. 

My little girl isn’t keen on the big chop, but I’ve explained that it’s all helping someone else out. 

She wants me to keep some length on top and not shave it all off.. let’s see how it all turns out on the day.
