I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off about 40cm on August 31st.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Friday 28th AugIn May 2018, my 13 year old cousin was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). In Australia, around 370 people are diagnosed each year, of these, more than 200 are children under 15.
In support of my cousin and her battles with ALL I’ve been growing my hair for the last 2 years and at the end of this month I will finally be getting the chop. I will be donating around 40cm of my hair so that other kids battling hair loss as a result of medical conditions or treatments can also receive some form of confidence through the making of a wig.
