I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off at least 35.5 cms on August 1st 2021!
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. Saturday 15th May I have been growing my hair dye free for the past 4.5 years so I can get to do the big chop to donate to hairwithheart. I was able to do it last year with the length of 35.5 but as covid stopped heaps of our plans I didn't do it. So this year it is even longer let's see how much is going to get cut.
