I'm taking on the Hair with Heart challenge and I need your help!
It's time to once again to donate my natural, long locks and help raise funds for kids and families navigating serious medical challenges.
With cost of living pressures hitting everyone, I can't help but feel for the families already dealing with the ongoing and overwhelming pressure of illness or disability. For kids experiencing hair loss from conditions like cancer or alopecia, a wig can mean so much more than appearance - it can give them the confidence to go to school as normal, and the comfort to feel like themselves during an incredibly difficult time.
Through this program, my donated hair will be turned into a wig for children in need, while our fundraising will help beautiful Aussie kids living with illness, disability or disadvantage.
I'm aiming to raise $2,000 to direct help fund practical support and essential equipment for kids and families doing it tough.
