I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off about 35cm of hair!

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

I've always considered my hair as strength, so I hope that you will help me give that strength to others :)

Time to say goodbye hair

In 2015 I started year 12, not really doing much with my hair or anything. I moved to nz in 2018, hair was long and I was enjoying it being so long, so much creativity that comes along with long hair. By the time 2020 came along I was like wow I could donate my hair for others who needed it more than I do.
Hair with heart is a charity organisation that makes wigs for children who have lost their hair to cancer. This is where I want my hair to go, I know for myself personally when I'm having a bad day I can do a braid or curl my hair, and I feel so much better. But for these children, they don't have that opportunity. Help me give them some hope with something as simple as providing a wig, everything helps even as simple as giving $5.
