I did it
Wednesday 5th Aug I'm so proud of myself for finally cutting my hair. It is something I have wanted to do for a long time now but just wasn't sure how to. Then I found hair with hearts on Facebook and that was when I know it was something I had to do. Thank you to everyone who donated so far, pleace feel free to keep donating even though I have cut my hair. It was an amazing feeling watching it get cut off and so scary to. All so worth it knowing it's going to help someone. Share
I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
Thursday 25th JunI have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I would really appreciate your help anything you can give makes a difference even if it your own hair to help towards a wig.
I'll be chopping off over 35.5cm on the 27th of July but you can still continue to donate after if you would like.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. Hi if you do read this, it is me Jacinta making this donation on behalf of the hairdressers that cut my hair. As a way of supporting me in my decision Rob cut my hair for free. So this is my way of say a big thanks you and putting that money toward helping.
