I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off 36cm on 14th of June.

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Tomorrow I am cutting my hair. My 36cm ponytail will be donated to variety "Hair with Heart" to make a wig for children with cancer. Thank you so much to everyone has supported me. 

I am feeling a little bit nervous tonight but I know I am helping someone else with my donation.

I’ve decided to cut my hair!

I am Issy and I am 9 years old. I live in Geelong with my 2 sisters, Mum and Dad. I got the idea to cut my hair for a wig whilst watching an episode of Operation Ouch. This showed people who had decided to donate their hair to people who don’t have any hair from Cancer treatment. Please donate to help me raise some money for this cause. I will be cutting off a 36cm ponytail in 2 months time!!!
