Hoi's Hair with Heart challenge

I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping 50cm on the 11th of November 2020.

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

My Updates

Hair with heart

Friday 20th Nov
My name is Hoi Tran, I am a student currently studying 'Early Childhood Education and Care'.
I have now been living in Australia for over 3 years and I am fortunate and delighted to have had the opportunity to engage with children throughout the course.
I love children more and more and have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
On the Variety website I was so happy to discover the option for donating my hair to help children who have cancer.
My hairdresser chopped a 50cm length of my hair that I have now sent to the Variety organization.
Moreover,  I am currently aiming at raising $500 to support children with cancer.

Thanks for all the support
