I'M CHOPPING OFF 35.5CM OF MY HAIR....
I’ve made the decision to take on the Hair with Heart challenge and change lives!
I’ll be chopping off 35.5cm of my hair and donating it to Variety – The Children’s Charity, where it will help make a wig for a child who has lost their hair due to cancer or a medical condition such as alopecia.
But I’m not stopping at my hair.
I’ll also be fundraising to help support Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or living with a disability, helping give them greater opportunities and brighter futures.
THIS ISN’T MY FIRST TIME!
When I turned 5, I donated my hair for the first time - and together, we raised an incredible $1,600 in my first fundraiser (https://hairwithheart.variety.org.au/fundraisers/hannahchan/hair-with-heart)!
Now I’m ready to do it AGAIN.
MY HAIR WILL GROW BACK!
But hopefully, my hair can help another kid feel happy, confident and more like themselves.
Every gift, no matter how big or small, makes a real difference.
