Riya is chopping her hair and needs your help!

On the occasion of her 10th birthday,  Riya has made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

She'll be chopping off approximately 36cm in October, 2020.

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Thank you to all of the people for the donations! It means a lot to Riya. As she grows up, she keeps showing her kindness in unexpected ways. This is going to be her first double digit birthday, and she is very excited!! What better way to celebrate this milestone than spreading kindness all around! I am sure she will look back upon this year and remember the special donation she made, which made her birthday all the more special and memorable. Thanks to all of you for being such a big part of it, and for helping her make it memorable!! :)
