Bye Bye Hair
In a few weeks' time I'll be cutting around 55cm of my hair (just in time for the cooler weather) and donating it to be made into a wig for a sick child. I'm hoping that along with the donation, I'll be able to raise even a few dollars to help Variety support children and their families.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth.
