I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off about 40cm on 29th November. 

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

Donation of Cutting my Hair

Sunday 14th Nov

The year 2020 was the year I decided to cut my hair and donate it to kids who are sick. I have wanted to cut my hair short for ages. My mum spoke to me about the option of donation. I thought that it was a great idea because it would be thoughtful of others and would help people to feel good about themselves because they had hair like many other people. Image if you had no hair and the way you would feel. So I decided to donate hair for someone else and not cut it off and sweep the hair into the bin. What a waste of hair.

 

My hair is now officially long enough to be cut. The charity i will donating my hair to is called Variety a charity for children in need. 

 

It would be amazing if you could sponsor me by donating to the charity.
