I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

Before 2021 ends I will be cutting my hair off and donating it to hair with heart.

I have been growing my hair since 2019 when I was in grade 5 and I read a news article about a lady donating her hair, so kids with medical conditions can have wigs made for them and I decided I wanted to help.

I will be cutting my hair to my shoulders allowing me to donate 35 cm's of my hair. I am hoping to raise $500 to go with my hair donation.

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth.
