Danisha's Hair with Heart challenge

Hi! My name is Danisha and I’m donating my hair to Hair with Heart.

I decided to do this because I want to help other kids who don’t have hair because they are sick or going through something really hard. Some kids lose their hair from things like cancer or other illnesses, and they might feel sad or not like themselves. Real hair wigs can help them feel happy, strong, and confident again — like superheroes!

I’ve been growing my hair for a long time, and now it’s finally time to share it with someone who needs it more than me. I’ll be getting a big haircut, and my hair will be turned into a special wig for a child who really needs it.

I’m also trying to raise $1,500 to help make the wig. Wigs cost a lot of money to make, and every dollar helps! If you can help by donating or sharing my story, I would be so grateful. It would mean the world to me and to the child who gets the wig.
