I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.

I'll be chopping off 14 inches of my hair. 

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.

I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that has donated money to the Variety Charity. You don’t know how much it means to me that we have not only raised my target goal but doubled it. So thank you. 
I got my hair cut yesterday and I love it. It feels so soft and light. I have been told that it makes me look older and more mature, but I don’t know.

Saturday 16th Jan
There is 5 days left until I get the big chop and right now I and excited. I will be cutting the 14 inches off on Thursday the 21st. As the day gets closer I am getting more and more nervous.
