I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition.
I'll be chopping off all of my hair once it reaches the appropriate length in the first half of 2021.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. Wednesday 22nd Jul As we all know, medical issues suck. I’m taking inspiration from various friends and family I know who have been affected by nasty illnesses and cancer. My youngest cousin Erin did the chop and wig donation some time ago now when she was around 8-9 years old and I always thought it was such a beautiful idea, so I thought I’d do the same.
