I'm chopping my hair and need your help!
Why have I decdied to raise funds and make the big chop???
Well, my family and I have been dealt some crappy cards this last few years and unfortunatley we have lost many of our loved ones due to serious illness. Too many and too many too young.
Cancer is a BIG enemy here.
I want to do something for someone, I want to help someone in need. Ive spent many months wondering what I can do, and this seems like a good place to start. If you know me, you would know my hair is part of me, so this donation means A LOT to me. I hope that this small act can bring happiness to a family and whatever donations are raised can go towards helping a child in need.
I'll be chopping off my hair in a few weeks time & would love if could support me on this path. However small the donation, every little bit helps.
Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need. Thank you for helping kids in need.
