I'm chopping my hair and need your help!

I’ve made the decision to take the big chop and change lives!

Variety – the Children’s Charity supports kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

I will be donating my hair to help provide a wig to someone who has lost their hair, as well as raising vital funds for kids in need.

WHY

I have donated my hair in the past to Variety but always after the fact. This time I decided to register my chop before hand. 

I am honoured to be able to help be a part of making special wigs for some very special kids with my natural hair, while giving myself a change and also making things easier for me to maintain. 

As some of you may know, I have scalp and body Psoriasis. I have struggled with this for about 10 years now and it can make me very self concious, not to mention uncomfortable and painful. 
I have a new treatment to try on my scalp which requires me to rinse my hair daily, so having shorter hair will help me maintain my scalp so much more. 

I will post photos of the chop tomorrow!
