It's finally time!

Hi everyone, my name is Alison and I will be cutting my hair to give it to someone who needs it more than me. 

When I was 4, people would always stop me in the shop and tell me how beautiful my thick hair was. They would joke and ask me if they could have it!

I asked my mum if you could give your hair to people and she said that you can donate your hair if it is super long and give it to people who might not have hair of their own because they have been sick or have lost their hair. I decided right away that I wanted to do that so I started growing it really long. It has been two and a half years but it is finally long enough to chop and give to someone else. 

Please help me raise money to donate along with my hair. This money goes towards helping make a specialised wig, helping provide a child with special needs technology or something they need to help them, provides children with the opportunity to go to the Variety Alopecia Areata Adventure Camp and so many more great things. 

I have a goal of raising $500, it's a big goal but I really think I can do it.
