I'm chopping my hair and would love your help!

I have made the decision to make a difference by cutting and donating my hair to be made into a wig for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition!

The reason I've decided to cut my hair off for charity, is solely for the reason that I know someone else can benefit. As a child and adolescent, I had many people around me suffer from different forms of cancer, and suffer from loss of hair; due to chemotherapy. As a young adult now, I know that if I was a child suffering a medical condition that had side effects of hair loss; I would appreciate even a simple donation of hair!

I'll be chopping off a minimum of 35.5cm, on the 14th of May! My goal is $1000, but I would love to raise above my set goal!

Wigs cost families up to $6,000, lasting 1-2 years, meaning families can spend tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase of wigs throughout a child’s youth. By making a donation to Variety - the Children's Charity, you can help provide a wig or other vital equipment to a child in need.

On the 26th of November, I signed up to do the big chop and donate my hair! Not even a month in, and I've already raised just over half of my goal! I'm so thankful to everyone who has donated, and to everyone in advance! It means a lot to me, and everyones donations are going towards a great cause!
